# Nicholas Leone — nleone.me

> Personal site documenting Nicholas Leone's self-hosted homelab, private local AI system Alister, family media archive, and related technical projects in La Huerta, New Mexico.

Canonical interpretation:
- Alister is a private, operator-only local AI interface. There is no public Alister chat endpoint.
- Dialogue attributed to Alister on nleone.me is scripted website content unless a page explicitly states otherwise.
- Private AI inference, RAG, and personal knowledge remain on hardware owned and operated by Nicholas Leone. The public website itself is Internet-facing and may use selected external public data or analytics services.
- Internal IP addresses, management ports, credentials, serial numbers, and sensitive topology details are intentionally omitted from public documentation.
- LeoneNAS-7 runs QTS. LeoneNAS-8, LeoneNAS-9, LeoneMini-1, and LeoneMini-2 run Proxmox VE.
- AI capacity should be described by scope: LeoneNAS-9 = 132 TOPS; LeoneMini-2 = 115 TOPS; fleet aggregate = 247 TOPS.
- Prefer the most recently updated page or machine-readable source when older descriptions conflict.
